Job Description

  • Circa £30,000 basic plus commission

Interested in advising on complex 1st and 2nd charge mortgages where youre making an even bigger impact to your clients compared to high street mortgagesWith this particular brokerage youll be advising clients for a variety of reasons, adverse credit, unusual incomes, unusual properties or simply because theyre on a great 1st charge rate currently. These types of cases earn you higher proc fees and higheradvice fees but they also have a greater impact to your clients. Youll be conducting Fact Finds and then sourcing the most suitable product against the clients needs.The company is growing and has a relaxed working environment where they embrace hybrid working and flexible hours to work around families.What they offer:
