Absolute is operating as a recruitment business for the supply of temporary opportunities.Our international Newport client is seeking a Spares Administrator to join them on a 2 month initial temporary period with a view to a permanent job at the end of this period subject to the trial period conforming to requirementsYou would be working a 39 hour week - Monday to Thursday 8.00-4.30pm and Fridays 8.00-3.30pm each week PrimaryPurpose of Role:To be part of the spares team to facilitate customer/internal spares orders and communication flow between the Spares Coordinators and the Global Call Centre.Key Responsibilities:Administration of customer orders, queries and complaintsEnsuring order management issues are routed to the correct resolution stakeholderConfirming customer supplied purchase orders contain the correct details for order entry Ensuring the European email inbox is up to date with administration and archivingSome scheduled weekend spares supportKey Behavioural Competencies:Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills are essentialMust have a flexible approach to work responsibilities, enabling both independent and team workingCandidates should be very data driven and understand the importance of customer satisfactionSkills and Experience:The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate an understanding of a production environment, have experience of the Oracle ERP system desirably and be competent in the use of the Microsoft office packages (Excel specifically). Qualifications: HNCor an equivalent qualification (Maths or an Engineering discipline an advantage) or have relevant experience.
