Job Description

Brook Street is working with a well-known that is seeking to hire a Spanish speaking customer service person on a full-time, permanent basis.Main duties:

  • To provide information to customers on services and products.
  • To follow up through a variety of communication channels.
  • To act as a first point of contact for incoming calls.
  • To maintain internal database and systems.
