Our ambitious highly established client, a financial services company based in Newport are seeking a service desk analyst to help provide IT Support across the organisation.Ultimately, the service desk analyst should contribute to an improved service delivery and resolution of users faults. In addition you will be tasked with continuous improvement of the overall IT network and working with a variety of stakeholders to ensure this happens. This is an organisation that rewards strong performance with progression and offers opportunities to grow your skillset.Key responsibilities:* Improving business and IT processes/procedures with the objective of automating/simplifying.* Generate reports and management information.* Support and implement IT projects.* Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving IT issuesKey experience:* Able to troubleshoot technical problems to a 2nd line service desk support level.* Experience maintaining and administering Microsoft systems such as but not limited to Active Directory and Azure.* Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.* Capability to plan and prioritise workload without supervision.* Capacity to document processes, procedures and technical resolutions in a clear, concise and logical manner.If you feel your experience can fulfil this role and you are interested in working for a fantastic company, please apply!Acorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
