We are embarking on an exciting programme of tech-enabled change and this role will play a key part in developing technology solutionsthat really make a difference in peoples lives."https://Role:As a Senior Developer, youll be responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of integration solutions that seamlessly connect disparate systems, applications, and data sources within Pobl. You will play a pivotal role in architectingrobust and scalable integration, analysing complex integration requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and designing efficient integration architectures that enable smooth data flow and process automation. Some of your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Lead the architecture and development of integrations and integration platforms by utilising extensive experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions, connecting disparate systems, applications, and data sources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals, and lead technical discussions.
• Owns the technical elements of delivering requirements through the use of the Pobl software suite, working closely with the Technology Delivery team.
• Implement and manage integration technologies and platforms, such as API management, iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service), or ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
• Line-manage, mentor, and provide technical guidance to a small team of developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring code quality and best practices.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Logical approach to problem solving.

Technical skills:

• Proficiency with SQL.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and platforms.
• Strong understanding of database concepts, principles, and best practices.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
• Experience managing and maintaining relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as MySQL, MS SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.

Desirables:

• Experience with C#.
• Knowledge of enterprise level applications such as housing management, finance, procurement, and HR systems.
