A world class semiconductor manufacturing company at the forefront of technology currently require an IC (integrated circuit) Technology Lead to join their team! This is a key position within the engineering team, you will be responsible for the joint development of a new IC technology for a key customer. The successful candidate should be dynamic, organised and have a proven track record of delivering on complex projects. In return, you will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary and benefits within a collaborative and friendly environment, who have the opportunity to transform the semiconductor industry within South Wales and the global electronics industry!The role covers a broad range of tasks from designing and ordering engineering masks, coordinating engineering lot starts/splits and working with the process modules to develop new process recipes. You will also be responsible for identifying process improvements to improve the manufacturability, electrical performance and/or reliability of the products. In addition, you should be able to analyse electrical test data (PCM) to ensure that the electrical performance meets the customers requirements.
