The businesshas continued with double digit fee growth during the Covid Pandemic so the Team continues to be office based to ensure that client deadlines are met and efficiencies are maintainedThe firm is well regarded and recognised as an employer of choice in both the local area and within the accountancy sector.The Role:This role will be consist of preparing statutory financial statements for audit exempt limited companies to be reviewed by a Manager.To build client relationships, regularly communicating with clients to help meet their management and financial accounting needs.Other aspects of the role will include management accounts, book keeping and VAT returns as and when required.The Person:The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within an accountancy practice; they will have broad training in accounts and have management accounts preparation experience.The successful candidate will be AAT, ACCA or ACA part qualified - study support can be provided.The ideal candidate will have experience with Xero, Sage Line 50 and other accountancy software with the ability to work unsupervised and to assist junior colleagues as and when required.The job may be suitable for candidates who have experience in the following: Accounts Senior, Accounts Semi-Senior, Senior Accountant, Accounts Assistant, Practice Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Chartered Accountant, ACA, ACCA, AAT.
