Job Description

Are you looking for a permanent opportunity in the Newport area If you have Scheduling and Care experience, we have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an Scheduler to join an established company.Duties include:

  • Diary planning for care professionals, taking into account schedules and potential challenges
  • Liaising with care professionals and clients went faced with unforeseen changes.
  • Matching care professionals to clients, aligning needs and requests accordingly
  • Ensure compliance within industry guidelines and legal requirements
Experience required:
  • Previous experience working as a Scheduler in a Care environment OR a Care Professional looking for a new challenge
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages as well as an understanding of CRM software whilst also have the willingness and ability to adapt and learn new systems
  • Ability to work as a team and build a rapport with clients and candidates
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
This is a challenging role, including complex data and requires a keen eye for detail.
