Job Description

RemoteAn innovative software-as-a-service (SaaS) business is looking for an ambitious, forward-thinking Sales Development Representative who wants to take on a pivotal role in their fast-growing organisation. They provide cutting-edge customer contact softwareto brands such as Formula 1, Renault and lululemon, helping to drive their customer interactions across digital channels such as video chat, chatbots and social media messaging.In this standalone role, you will work directly with the leadership team helping expand their client base. As the business rapidly grows you will be given an outstanding opportunity to progress into management or senior sales role.You will be responsible for:

  • Researching, qualifying and nurturing target markets; converting leads into sales
  • Devising and executing creative strategies for outreaching to ideal customer profile (ICP) prospects to set up sales opportunities.
  • Outreach via phone, email, video, letter and physical gifts.
  • Logging and updating all lead contacts, interactions/status changes on HubSpot
  • Reporting to management; meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly business
Successful candidate requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in B2B SaaS Sales
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients
  • Self-motivated and driven to hit targets
  • Ability to both work autonomously when required and collaborate with teammates
  • Ambitious, motivated, passionate
