The RoleGenum are proud to represent a fast paced and nationally recognised residential property surveying company for a number of highly exclusive roles across the UK.The role will entail performing red book valuations on residential properties for high street lenders, homebuyers reports for private client work and if you are qualified doing residential building surveys, the latter is not compulsory.Our client is looking for qualified surveyors who are either AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS who have had previous experience in valuing residential property and completing homebuyer reports.Out ClientEstablished in 1989 and today are the UKs largest independent provider of mortgage valuations. They are fortunate enough to work directly with lenders and therefore are able to give very strong and consistent high value work.
