Job Description

Job Title: Reliability EngineerIndustry Sector: ManufacturingTemp or Perm: PermLocation: NewportWorking Hours: Monday-Friday (37.5 hours)Salary £34000JOB DESCRIPTION: We are currently recruiting on behalf of our well established client. They are a leading manufacturing company within their field. This is a great opportunity to join a small friendly team.The successful applicant will have a degree in either Mechanical or Electrical disciplines, along with experience working in a similar environmentKey Responsibilities:

  • Loss Elimination, Risk Management and Life Cycle Asset Management
  • Track production losses and abnormally high maintenance cost assets, then develop strategies to reduce those losses or high costs.
  • Manage risk to help achieve the sites strategic objectives in the areas of environmental health and safety, asset capability, quality and production.
  • Ensure reliability is factored into the design, installation or modification of assets.
  • Presentation of reports, analysis and plans for approval.
    • Essential Skills: Possess knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, guidance and procedures relating to the design, installation, operation and maintenance of equipment or systemsCompany Benefits:
