Job Description

Regional Sales ConsultantBasic salary up to £35,000 per annum, uncapped OTE circa £55k + car + benefitsCovering Newport, Hereford and GloucesterA fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a multi national business who provide business service solutions to a wide range of different industry sectors. They are investing in their sales team to ensure they build on their market leading presence and drivethe business forward. If youre a new business focused field sales professional who enjoys a consultative sales process this could be a great career move!The Role:

  • Selling contracted services for workwear supply to a variety of different markets from catering and food manufacturing to engineering and industrial sectors.
  • This is a new business role and youll be self generating your own appointments using a CRM system for lapsed clients and competitor information but also proactive networking and research.
  • This is a very consultative sales role with a need to understand clients pain points and objectives.
  • Covering the Newport, Hereford and Gloucester areas, working from home with visits to the office around once a month
  • Full product and service training is given as well as a sales development course.
The Person:
  • We are looking for someone with strong field sales experience where youre used to booking your own appointments and sourcing leads.
  • Youll enjoy winning new business and have a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Someone who is consultative in approach and is used to selling based on service not just price would be a really good fit. Experience selling contracts for services would be great but this isnt essential.
  • This is an activity based role where youll work autonomously but be supported by a Regional Manager and be part of a team.
  • Youll understand KPIs and efficiencies and be able to talk through your current sales process confidently.
The Package:
  • A basic salary up to £35k is available depending on experience with an uncapped OTE of around £55k - £60k
