Job Description

Bailey Care Services is looking to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to join our existing and successful care services team based in Newport. The key functions of this role are selling the company services to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face, recruiting workers, delivering our high quality service and maintaining relationships.The Package:

  • Recruitment Consultants who join the company will be rewarded with a starting salary of £20,000 - £23,000 per annum dependent on experience and an uncapped commission scheme, after full training
