Job Description

Project Manager - Hybrid - Cardiff - Negotiable Salary - Career progression - Culture is Key environment - Core People ValuesYolk Recruitment are looking for a Project manager to join a Global consultancy specialising in people first approach, Focusing on there core values of a people first approach this is an organisation that allows for fantastic career growth and personal growthopportunities.Over the past years our client has seen significant growth in the Transport and Utilities sector and have a range of opportunities to develop experience across various projects and programmes.We are looking to speak with Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to help us assist our clients deliver high profile projects across a variety of projects in Client PM roles & NEC ECC PM roles.We are seeking passionate people to join our organisation who have a positive outlook, are seeking development opportunities, and have a strong foundation of technical understanding and experience.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing and administering NEC PSC and/or ECC contracts.
  2. Leading and developing project teams or work streams.
  3. Ensuring high-quality delivery on client assignments.
  4. Building long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  5. Developing solutions and supporting tools and methods.
Desirable Skills:
  1. Experience working with UK Government and Local Authority organizations, particularly in Flood Risk Asset Management, Environment Agency, and/or Water Companies.
  2. interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse personalities across clients and partner organizations.
  3. Strong analytical and numerical skills with the flexibility to understand complex problems and generate workable solutions.
Qualifications:- Project management certification (APM or PRINCE2).- Degree or HND qualification in an engineering or construction field.- Professional qualification or near-qualified status with ICE, CIWEM, APM, or similar institution. NEC3 or NEC4 PM Accreditation is advantageous.- CITB Site Management Safety Training Course (desirable).- Full UK Driving Licence.Join a Flexibleand inclusive organization that values your growth and development.
