Process Engineer£35,000 - £45,000South WalesA new opportunity for a Process Engineer has been created with a dynamic and highly innovative medical manufacturer that have revolutionised their field, developing an emerging technology and creating a growing range of next generation life saving products.This is an exciting opportunity for a Process Engineer with a background in Electronics or Medical to make a significant impact in an agile and dynamic business that offers security, flexible working, the autonomy to deliver and the support to improve asan Engineer, including Chartership, and that has clear career opportunities ahead.This is what youll be doing as Process Engineer Support product and process Validation and Verification activities including IQ/OQ/PQ, design of experiments and TMQs. PFMEA, MVP, Manufacturing plans, Manufacturing process flows Identify process problems and non-conformances in manufacturing process, developing corrective actions Manufacturing and test process data collection, analysis and interpretation, and continuous improvement planning and implementation Validation and Verification activities associated with product and process changes Perform IQ/OQ/PQ, design of experiments and test method qualifications Create and own PFMEA, MVP, manufacturing plans and manufacturing process flows.
