Job Description

Brook Street are recruiting a team of operatives to work in a busy post room based in Newport.We have full time and part time shifts available however you must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Full time shifts : 9am to 5pmPart time shifts: 4:30pm to 8:30pmYou will provide essential admin support, working on site at the Newport branch. The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the following:- Receiving and processing incoming mail- Scanning documentation and checking scanned images are of an acceptable standard and clear for validation- Validating information, ensuring data is accurate- Retrieving and returning documents to customers- Processing external mail, ensuring all items to be returned are processed correctlyPlease note: This is a potential January start and when applying, applicants will be required to participate in a Counter-Terrorism Check (CTC). You must hold a passport with at least six months of validity, two proofs of address (dated within three months)and proof of National Insurance. Unfortunately we are unable to progress applications for those that have lived outside of the UK for more than 6 months within the last 3 years.
