Job Description

As a Technical Business Analyst reporting to the Head of Product, you will work with stakeholders across all functions to deliver change initiatives in line with the company roadmap.Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engaging with business stakeholders, customers, and users to discover pain points
  • Constantly looking to identify value, drive change and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Analyse, design, and improve processes to enable the business to achieve its objectives
  • Facilitate Requirements Discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders
  • Backlog Refinement, shaping requirements for identifiable improvements
  • Working closely with delivery and testing teams to ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
  • Actively looking for new opportunities to improve across the business
  • Vendor Relationship Management
    • Required skills and experienceTo be successful as a Technical Business Analyst, you will have a strong background in delivering change initiatives in a commercial environment. We are also looking for:
  • Experience of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum)
  • Experience of Backlog refinement, Epics, and Stories
  • An understanding of Software Development methods, with reputable experience in delivering Software Development projects
  • Ability to process mapping with a proven ability to utilise information to develop opportunities and improve outcomes
  • Strong communication skills; someone who can clearly and concisely communicate with stakeholders, internal teams, and colleagues to drive action
  • A Problem-solving mindset with demonstrated experience of working through problems and developing solutions
  • Stakeholder management; someone who can build trust, understand requirements, and deliver change
