Microsoft 365 Business Change6 months Newport - remote to start but would need to be on siteOutside Ir35 DBS - SC would be a plus. I would like to invite a technical Microsoft 365 Business Change manager to work with one of my government clients, they have been using Skype and google hangouts currently and would like to implement MS Teams across their organization TYPICAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESApply a Business Change Management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by the project. Develop a Business Change and Engagement plan for a phased deployment of Microsoft TEAMs and other features within Microsoft 365 within my clients. Integrate activities into the project plan and lead change management activities Create and manage a Stakeholder Communication plan in alignment with the Project Roadmap . Identify and manage key Business stakeholders, defining roles where necessary e.g. IT Champions/super users Create a training plan that utilises existing Microsoft Training courses and resources, including documenting requirements and support the design and delivery of a training program Assess the Business change impact - including accessibility - and conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness with key stakeholders. Evaluate and ensure user readiness Track and report Business Change issues Create a Vision and success criteria for the deployment of Microsoft Team. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Manage and drive the change deployment at varies levels of the organisation of Microsoft 365 products.
