Marketing ManagerWales based£71,500 - includes 10% bonusA Digital Media company based in Newport are recruiting for a dynamic Marketing Manager with a strong business acumen to join an existing team of marketing professionals. You will act as the key interface position between sales, marketing and product managementteams worldwide.Responsibilities* Act as the key contact for Marketing for assigned products and solutions. Own, lead and manage solution marketing initiatives:* Work with product managers to identify market opportunity before creating value propositions for each product line. At each major product increment re-evaluate to ensure the value proposition is optimised for the product/ solutions target markets.* Working with field marketing and product management, lead the creation of a set of solution briefs that will facilitate the creation of product collateral such as pitch-decks, explainers, videos etc. to ensure that the product is well represented in the targetsegment and region.* Assist in the definition of go-to-market (GTM) strategies to position the companies products correctly in each segment and region* Undertake appropriate levels of market research and competitive analysis - which may include sales insights, surveys and focus groups with customers / prospects to understand customer pain points, total addressable market and pricing/channel strategies.* Work with a cross-functional team across the business, collaborate to bring new and differentiated solutions to market and contribute to the ongoing product strategy.* Contribute to the definition of the companies thought-leadership initiatives that are designed to resonate with customers, prospective customers, industry partners and other relevant bodies.* Work cross-functionally across the Group with other solution marketing teams to anticipate issues, align priorities and develop coherent and impactful output that balances business needs versus team constraints, and champion innovation-driven customer value.Requirements / ProfilePERSON PROFILEA self-driven, and highly motivated product/ solution marketing professional particularly in the APAC market, who can engage with a broad range of roles at varying levels across the organisation. Driven by a passion to create game-changing marketing strategiesaround technology solutions and services, you are someone who likes to drive change and be part of a highly dynamic team.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* Advanced University degree in Business / Technical discipline* Demonstrable business acumen acquired through experience and/or formal business training* Excellent command of English both written and oral - native or near-native knowledge.
