Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.
Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
