Job Description

Air conditioning/M&E engineerUp to £39000 + door to door travel + Leading training programmeDo you have good knowledge of being an air conditioning engineer working within commercial buildings and looking to take the next steps within your careerOn offer is the chance to be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance and reactive work of air conditioning equipment and mechanical/electrical equipment.Roles and responsibilities:

  • Service and maintenance on facilities equipment - emergency lighting, fire alarms, air conditioning etc
  • Experience within supermarkets or commercial buildings
  • To ensure all paperwork / documentation and tablet job information is completed correctly and promptly.
  • To diagnose equipment faults accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • To identify required parts to enable the Purchasing team to be able to order in a timely fashion.
Requirements for the role:
  • F/Gas Certification.
  • Must have a full driving license.
  • Strong customer facing skills.
  • Field engineer experience.
  • Walk in Fridge/Freezer experience
