Job Description

Service Desk AnalystNewport£21,500This is the chance for a IT Support professional to join an exciting and dynamic service desk team, providing support to one of Wale’s most established financial institutions. You will provide 1st line support your colleagues and customers.As a Service Desk Analyst this is what you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a first point of call for IT Support
  • Providing First-line diagnosis and service requests
  • Escalating incidents that cannot be resolved in agreed timescales.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders on hardware and IT service issues.
  • Communicate with users updating them on incidents and service requests.
  • As a Service Desk Analyst, the experience you’ll need to bring to the team.
  • Previous experience within a service desk role
  • Experience resolving technical issues with Software, Hardware and Desktops
  • Trouble Shooting and problem-solving skills (ideally to a second line level_)
  • Experience with Microsoft packages
  • UK Driving License
  • As a Service Desk Analyst this is what you’ll get in return
