Job Description

A&G Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting for Internal Sales Executive for our well known client based in Newport.Monday-Friday with Friday early finish!Permanent position.08:30am - 17:00pm Mon-Thurs08:30am - 16:30pm Fri£25-£27k/year DOEThe role of the Sales Executive - Steel supplies will involve:

  • Re-establish dormant accounts
  • Sales Executive position, selling a large range of steel flanges, pipes & fittings into multiple sectors
  • Building and developing strong relationships with existing clients
  • Develop new sales lead opportunities
  • Will be required to proactively follow up with existing customers; cross-selling, up-selling and ensuring their needs are met
  • Take ownership of orders and provide support to clients
  • Produce and follow up quotations
  • Deal with any incoming enquiries via phone & email
  • Occasionally visiting clients
Ideal candidates will have the following Skills / experienced:
  • Must have 2+ years sales experience and be confident with calling customers
  • Ideally will have experience with steel stockholder
  • Experience with manufacturers, suppliers or merchants would be beneficial
  • Will see salespeople from any industry & previous experiences providing they have the right attributes and sales experience
  • Happy to work in a fast paced office environment within a close knit team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Great time management & organisational skill
