Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this Social Corporation based near Newport in South Wales to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner initially for 3 months whilst the post is being recruited for on a permanent basis. There is the possibility this assignment could lead to the permanent role for the right person.We are looking for an experienced HRBP who is used to working in a unionised environment, is hands on, pragmatic and commercially orientated with the ability to manage a small team to deliver the HR service to the customer group in a coaching and collaborative manner.You will possess experience of developing and delivering a proactive and customer focused HR service with extensive experience of advising on complex ER cases and bringing them to a successful and timely conclusion, within in a unionised environment. You will also possess experience of managing recruitment and selection campaigns, supporting organisational change projects and making improvements to service delivery.
