Are you an experienced DevOps professional looking to step up into a managerial role Acorn Technology is working with a leading Public Sector body in Wales to find a Head of DevOps Enablement to supplement an already talented team.Our client is searching for someone who has managerial experience in leading DevOps functions.Main duties:* Lead and manage a team of Senior / Lead DevOps Engineers. Ensure the team has efficient mentorship for their professional development and performance. * Engage with other Leads across IT to collaborate on wider initiatives. * Encourage the DevOps engineers in building a strong community of practice. * Embed DevOps technical specialists in scrum teams to accelerate delivery.* Managing the implementation of architectures and designs relating to DevOps tooling based on existing roadmaps and strategies.
