Job Description

German speaking Customer Service RepresentativeWB Employment are recruiting on behalf of our client with well-known electronic manufacturing in Newport area for German speaking Customer Service Representative.The successful applicant will join the multinational European team, offering exceptional support to deliver best in class customer service from enquiry to delivery and beyond. To delight customers, providing operational and technical support for the companyproduct range.The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, as you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries. This role requires the candidate to have a background working in customer service as you will be responsible for handlingcalls within the department.German customer service Representative duties and responsibilities:

  • Accurately respond to customer enquiries within expected timescales.
  • Provide appropriate accurate technical customer support.
  • Facilitate and coordinate the return and replacement process.
  • Liaise with customers to initiate or renew service contracts.
  • Liaise with service providers to provide timely and value-added logistics service.
  • Provide accurate first response failure mode data to the Repair team.
  • Provide support for Finance team with credit management.
  • Provide support for direct sales where required or appropriate.
  • Preparation of quotes and entry of orders into business system.
  • Preparation and provision of export documentation.
  • Utilise business systems to report, record, and support all processes where applicable.
  • Utilise periodic customer surveys to measure operational excellence.
  • Exhibits values and behaviours expected of a business employee.
  • Perform any other tasks required by line manager. [Within the reasonable boundaries of skillset]
  • You would be required to cover every 3rd Saturdays working 8am-11am (which can be done remotely).
Knowledge and experience
  • Fluent in spoken English, plus German,
  • Excellent communication skills and be naturally rapport driven, but able to remain calm and professional.
  • Good written ability across all qualifying languages.
  • Microsoft Office literate.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar business system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and being able to build rapport with customers
  • Confident in delivering accurate informations to customers.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Starting salary - 23,000 per annum
  • Monday - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
