This role is a pivotal part of the finance function. You will lead the internal and external financial reporting as well as ensuring all of the controls in place are robust and meet the groups and sites requirements.Due to the nature of the business this is a fast paced working environment and allows the successful candidate to implement change where they see fit and necessary.Client DetailsMy client is a global multi-million pound manufacturing organisation with a site based in South Wales where this role is situated.DescriptionCo-ordination of internal reporting requirements for monthly, half year and annual results in line with site and group requirements.Preparation of annual statutory accounts.Promotion and implementation of all group systems, internal controls and processes.Assisting with internal and external Audit when applicable.Deputising for Senior Finance team when required.Preparing presentations and financial reports for senior review.ProfileQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA)Strong Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.Good understanding of financial controls and processes.Knowledge of BAAN or SAPPrevious manufacturing experience - desirable but not essentialJob OfferCompetitive salaryMatched Pension schemePrivate Health careEarly finish on a Friday Required skills
