Job Description

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in managing relationships between our clients esteemed law firm, internal stakeholders, and their key clients TSR Legal has the role for you! We are currently seeking a Finance Account Manager to join our clientsteam at a Top 20 firm, to be based in the Bristol or Newport office.Role Overview: As a Finance Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the relationship between the business, internal stakeholders, and their key clients. You will be an integral part of the Finance Operations department,covering billing, payments, debt management, and reconciliations. Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the companys success and drive excellence in client service.Key Responsibilities:Account Management / Business Partnering:

  • Collaborate with various teams within Finance to ensure processes are understood, mapped, and continually reviewed for improvements.
  • Align with the firms strategic operating principles under the guidance of the Finance Operations Manager.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with the Finance Operations Manager and Client Relationship Partner, providing transparent views on debt, billing, and imprest positions.
Financial Analysis:
  • Review debt and billing reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor the accuracy of key client imprest reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Reporting and MI to automate reports where possible.
Operational Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Finance Operations team to create and maintain task lists, checklists, training guides, process maps, and roles and responsibility documents.
  • Ensure invoices are billed and delivered as per client billing guides/contracts.
