Job Description

  • Provide on-site support and troubleshooting for a variety of technical issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain equipment and technology systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation
  • Conduct inspections and testing of equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Field Engineer or similar role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent knowledge of hardware, software, and networking systems
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel to various client locations
