Page Group are currently recruiting for a Global Manufacturing Organisation based in Newport to recruit a Data Analyst on a full time, permanent basis.If you have experience in HRIS, Business Systems, Excel and/or Data Analysis, please apply below!Client DetailsThe client is a Global Manufacturing Organisation based near Newport that has a fantastic reputation in the market.As a group, they turned over £20 billion last year and are going through a growth/recovery phase post pandemic.Its a top employer within the manufacturing space and offers a hybrid/flexible working model.Starting salary is between £25,000 and £33,000 with free on site parking.Annual leave entitlement starets at 25 days plus bank holidays.DescriptionThe role will be to lead on system projects and reporting across their ADP and SuccessFactors systems.Regular reporting to senior management on HR/Employee/Payroll Information will be required to aid in key business decisions.Regular reporting and analysis through excel and business systems is a key element of the role.The role duties:Maintain and develop all aspects of HR Systems to ensure operational, strategic and statutory requirements are efficiently met Take a lead role on specific HR projects eg implementation of new HRIS system, new Payroll including Time and Attendance and, SAP SuccessFactors for 2022 implementation Production of insightful and meaningful People analytics / MI to support the business ensuring best and up to date practice in terms of data collection, data manipulation and data presentation methods. Preparation of a set of standard workforce reporting requirements to include supporting monthly payroll cycle and compensation and benefits to ensure compliance and fulfilment of audit requirements. Ensure HR System are aligned and manage the overall system administration and maintenance Proactively recommending, supporting and embracing change and assist in implementing continuous improvement and change management as a result of changing people technology configuration and upgrades Seeking opportunities to further automate processes and improve productivity and employee experience Support the ongoing education of the wider HR function, business leaders and employees in the application of HR systemsProfileThe ideal candidate:- Experience as a Data Analyst and or HR Analyst- Graduates with strong Excel skills are also welcome to apply!- You must be detail orientated and good with dataJob OfferPlease apply with your CV.Newport - Data Analyst
