Customer Service Advisor - Languages - Newport

  • We have new opportunities for German & Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a developing and leading specialist insurance organisation based in Newport.You will be working with clients and their customers with the UK and Europe; delivering exceptional service to business partners and associates. As part of the role you will be responsible for:
  • Answering customer service enquiries and recording insurance details from customers, insurance brokers and insurance companies
  • Maintaining an effective working relationship with suppliers, brokers and companies offering the highest standards of customer service
  • Assisting requests regarding equipment in relation to repairs, replacements and damage inspections
  • Updating clients with any delays regarding their claims
  • Estimating amounts of loss or damage and set reserve with revision through the investigation
  • You will be able to demonstrate a supportive, flexible and driven ethos and demonstrate effective telephone communication skills.
