The Client Acorn is recruiting German speaking Customer Services Advisor on behalf of our client, a market leader within their field. The Role:* Accurately respond to customer enquiries within expected timescales. * Provide appropriate accurate technical customer support. * Facilitate and coordinate the return and replacement process. * Liaise with customers to initiate or renew service contracts. * Liaise with service providers to provide timely and value-added logistics service. * Provide accurate first response failure mode data to the Repair team. * Provide support for Finance team with credit management. * Provide support for direct sales where required or appropriate. * Preparation of quotes and entry of orders into business system. * Preparation and provision of export documentation. * Utilise business systems to report, record, and support all processes where applicable. * Utilise periodic customer surveys to measure operational excellence.The Candidate:* Fluent in spoken English, plus German, or proficient in another service-related specialism. * Good written ability across all qualifying languages. * Microsoft Office literate.* Familiarity with SAP or similar business system.Benefits * Paying a basic salary of £23,500 per annum * Monday to Friday working hours (rota - week 1 - 8 am - 4 pm, week 2 9 am - 5 pm) * Free parking on site * 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Pension planApply today for immediate consideration.Acorn Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
