Job Description

Do you have a desire for being a Complaints Executive and delivering exceptional Customer Service Or are you looking for a new challenge that offers progression within a fast paced Call Centre If so I may have the opportunity for you.We are recruiting a number of Complaints Executive positions, located in Newport, for an exciting client that is at the forefront of Financial Services. Looking for resilient individuals who are confident in providing solutions and going above and beyond for your customer.Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 per annum DOELocation: NewportHours of work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pmComplaints Executive Requirements:

  • To process all customer complaints in line with the departmental regulatory guidelines
  • Impartial determination of the relevant facts applicable to specific complaints allocated
  • Undertake control activities to ensure customer requests are processed accurately within agreed SLAs
  • Maintain and update the Complaints System to ensure accurate recording of complaint details at all times
  • Manage caseload and prioritise to meet customer needs, business obligations and regulatory requirements
  • Investigate the RCA of each complaint and take relevant actions to ensure there is no repeated of the cause
  • Ensure a high level of customer service to all customers, both internal and external in line with legal/statutory requirements
  • Complaints Executive key skills:
  • Previous escalated complaints experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent record keeping with accuracy and attention to detail paramount
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook (word processing and email platforms)
  • Positive attitude and approach
  • Experience working within Financial Services, FCA regulations, Anti-Money Laundering rules, ISA rules, Data Protection or Treating Customers Fairly
