Business Development Executive - NewportTSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading and award-winning property firm who now have a brand-new opportunity for a Business Development Executive in Newport. A competitive salary of £25,000 (dependent on experience) plus a rewarding commission structureawaits a driven Business Development Executive ready to thrive in a permanent, full-time position. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role is designed for a sales enthusiast who excels in both inbound and outbound calls, adhering to stringent KPIs and processes to deliver exceptional sales performance. The essence of this role is to manage client interactionswith finesse, providing bespoke conveyancing service quotations with speed and personalisation via phone and email. Candidates must possess a robust background in Telesales and Account Management, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A solid grasp of sales techniques is essential, as is IT proficiency and the ability to dissect sales figures critically. Familiaritywith CRM systems and FCA experience, while advantageous, are not prerequisites. Responsibilities will encompass a spectrum of tasks, including achieving sales, efficiency, and quality targets, fostering team development, mastering product knowledge, and introducing new offerings positively. The role demands a self-motivated individualwho can manage priorities independently, maintain meticulous attention to detail, and build strong relationships across all company levels.
