We are an established building surveying consultancy who are experiencing ongoing growth and we are currently looking for an Associate Director to help lead our driven and progressive team. Because were independent, clients can rely on complete discretion, integrity and impartiality.JOB DESCRIPTION: Associate Director Your main responsibility will be to provide a full building surveying service to a range of clients across different sectors. As an Associate Director, the expectation will be to give support and advice to other members of the surveying team.In addition to this, your duties will include: · Provide professional building surveying duties including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition, party wall awards. · Working on a variety of projects in a range of sectors including public, retail and leisure and residential.· Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new clients nationally and locally. · You will be in charge of the day-to-day managements of a team of surveyors including performance reviews and mentoring to ensure targets are met.PERSON SPECIFICATION: Associate Director You will already have experience working with and exposure to condition surveys, dilapidations, project management, and building pathology.
