TristoneNash are pleased to be supporting a Housing Association based in South Wales to appoint an Asbestos Surveyor.The successful candidate will lead in the delivery of a professional compliance service, leading defined projects pertaining to statutory technical compliance relating to asbestos management to ensure the health and safety of residents, staff and externalcontractors.You will provide technical asbestos advice to internal and external colleagues/contractors across the association, and a key aspect of this will be to deliver training and coaching to staff to help support a robust asbestos management culture within thebusiness.You will also review and provide asbestos reports to colleagues across the business to allow planned programmes of work and to align future budget provision to deliver capital work projects.Essential Requirements:
