Job Description

Were currently looking for a number of Administrators to join a friendly team, Newport based on either a full or part time basis. The role will include data collation, detailed review of documentation, content redaction, compliance checking, and some queryresolution. The core of this role is the accurate and compliant provision of data in response to subject access requests, therefore a keen eye for detail and high levels of focus and accuracy are keyClient DetailsThe organisation provide cross Government and Police HR, Resourcing and Finance Shared Services.   • Learn the procedures and understand parameters of producing a compliant output.
  • Process work in line with agreed procedures.
  • Process work to the defined level of quality.
  • Resolve queries, escalate as necessary and log if appropriate.
  • To schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis.
  • Identify and suggest areas of improvement.
  • Maintain and update information as required.
  • Support line management on any additional admin when required.
  • Liaise with internal/external clients.
  • Maintain records for audit purposes.
  • Ensure deadlines are met.
ProfileThe successful Administrator will have:

Job Offer
  • Part-time or Full-time hours available
  • Flexibility with shifts if they are working a minimum of 16 hours per week between the hours of 8:00-22:00
  • Temporary ongoing contract with a possibility of extension
  • Hybrid working after training is completed
