Job Description

Are you looking for a new and exciting administration role If so, read on!We’re currently recruiting a new team member for our exciting new Offender Subject Access Request team, working within the Document Management area and supporting SSCL’s client MOJ. The team will be responsible for responding to subject access requests forthe HMPPS.Day to day, this role will include tasks such as, data collation, detailed review of documentation, content redaction, compliance checking, the recording of statistics related to the process and some query resolution. The core of this role is the accurateand compliant provision of data in response to requests, therefore a keen eye for detail and high levels of focus and accuracy are key for this role.This role offers flexible working patterns of either between 7:30-5:30pm working 7.5 hours per day and will be office based in our Newport Centre of Excellence.What youll be doing:

  • Process work in line with agreed procedures
  • Resolve queries, advance if necessary and log if appropriate
  • To schedule and prioritise and complete allocated work every day
  • Maintain and update information as required
  • Support line management on any additional admin when required
  • Maintain records for audit purposes
  • Ensure deadlines are met
