We are recruiting for a Trainee Stairlift Engineer to join the team at our Norwich Service Branch Based in the Norwich area you will be working throughout the East Anglia area.You will be able to gain an NVQ within Lift Engineering within an approved timeframe. Working alongside our qualified Stairlift Engineers you will have the opportunity to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and behaviours that you will gain from our experiencedengineers to complete your training.Ideal candidates will have a mechanical or electrical engineering aptitude, putting safety first. You will have strong interpersonal skills having the ability to communicate effectively with our customers and across all levels of the organisation.You will be committed to your own personal training and development. We are looking for someone who is keen to actively improve their skills, knowledge and business awareness. The working week for a Lift Engineer is 39 hours and overtime (if required tomeet the business needs) is paid after 44 hours. Once training has been completed, you will be added to the call out rota. Call out is 1 in 4, with the expectation of 1 day a week rolling.Key Responsibilities:
