Job Description

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Technician required to join our small friendly team of 7.No experience necessary but must be a practical person able to get on with members of the public well.

No experience necessary, full inhouse and external, internationally recognised training given.After the training period you will be assigned your own van (remains at our yard overnight, you do not take it home). The van is a long wheelbase Mercedes Sprinter fully equipped with a van mounted cleaning unit and rang of cleaning equipment & products. Each day you will report to the yard in the morning when the team is given their jobs for the day, it is then your responsibility to full fill those jobs and report back at the end of the day. You will be giving comprehensive training over a 3-4 month period so you fully understand your role, and lots of support is given going forward but you must be capable of taking responsibility for your own tasks and have some get up and go about you.Most weeks are Monday to Friday with one weekend per month normally worked and one long weekend given. Full holiday, pension and other contracted rights paid plus opportunity to have extra unpaid holiday if you want extra time off (very good for family time etc). Normal hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm (but finish times vary and maybe earlier or later depending on the work to be done that day and can never be guaranteed).Rothwell’s Cleaning Services Ltd is a high end, mainly domestic, carpet, upholstery and stone floor restoration and cleaning company that prides itself on its great reputation and customer service and so we are looking for the best.
