About the role:At Thera East, every day is different. We go to work knowing this is a chance to make incredible things happen for the people we support.We are looking for someone to join our team of fantastic Support Workers. You will be supporting a small group of individuals in their homes. The right applicant will enjoy walks, Accessing the community for activities, shopping, swimmingand appointments. You will play an essential role in supporting people to maintain family relationships and being involved in their community. Experience with complex behaviours is desirable, but full training will be provided. We would love to hear from youif you are caring and compassionate about making a difference. Induction and shadowing are paid time. Driver is essential due to location and peoples supported needs.What are the Benefits available to our Support Worker

What do you need to become our Support Worker
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
  • No previous experience or qualifications required.Free, Skills for Care endorsed full training will be provided
  • Compassionate, caring, confident and resilient
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, with a high level of motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional
