Kiosk Manager, you will be accountable for day to day running of your Kiosk You will work closely with your Area Manager to meet your business targets and drive the performance of your Kiosk across the board You will work closely with your small and dedicated Team, leading by example and inspiring excellence You will invest time to train your Team Members ensuring they become experts at delivering on your business targets You will be accountable for stock and ordering procedures, ensuring your Kiosk hits its production and wastage targets You will drive and analyse the profit performance for your Kiosk You will manage rotas and staff holidays, driving labour productivity and hitting your targets You will support your Team, opening and closing the Kiosk on assigned days and provide leadership during the hours of operations You will maintain consistent high standards and drive food quality You will maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation, promoting a safe and healthy working environment for all You will be obsessed with hospitality and lead your Team to achieve the highest levels of service You will inspire and engage your Team through creating a culture of teamwork and support You will recruit and engage your Team, celebrate their performance and drive retention and development opportunitiesWhat it means to join YO!The YO!
