Job Description

Part Time SHEQ Coordinator - Newmarket - £14-14.50 p/hWe are currently seeking a Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Coordinator on a pert time basis for our client based in Newmarket! The purpose of this role is to ensure that the organisation adheres to the highest standards of safety, health, environmentalprotection, and quality in all its operations.Salary: £14-14.50 per hour (DOE)Hours: 24 hours per weekRole responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of environmentally sustainable policies to minimise ecological footprint.
  • Maintain adherence to quality standards and certifications, including ISO9001:2015.
  • Act as the focal point for managing customer feedback and complaints related to quality, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of non-conformance reports (NCRs) and conduct detailed analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Oversee the training matrix to ensure all relevant training is provided and maintained for staff.
What are we looking for
  • Proven experience in environmental management and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • IOSH/NEBOSH qualified (desirable)
