Job Title: Senior Practice Nurse / Lead Nurse Specialist Mental Health ServicesSalary: Up to £50,000 full timeHours: 40 Hours (Monday-Friday)Package includes: No on call requirement; Hybrid working models availableLocations: Cambian Merida- Newmarket and Meeko House WisbechThe Cambian Group, the UKs largest provider of specialist services in education, mental health rehabilitationandlearning disabilities, is looking for a dedicated, caring individual to join the company as a Senior Practice Nurse.The Senior Practice Nurse will form an integral part of the Clinical Team for the Wisbech and Newmarket Specialist Mental Health Service into the 2 homes, working in close collaboration with the Registered Managers, education and care staff team. This willinclude strategic contribution to the service development and growth, supervision of other clinical staff, involvement in staff training delivery and supporting operational staff team in the implementation of an evidence based clinical model, which is bothtrauma informed and trauma receptiveTo be responsible and have clinical oversight of the physical health needs and wellbeing of young people, in addition to ensuring they achieve key outcomes as set out in their health plans, through close working with operational care staff team, education,multi-disciplinary team members and external professionals.
