Job Title: Senior Nurse RGN RNLD RSCN RN RMNSalary: Band 7Hours: Negotiable (Monday-Friday)Package includes no on call requirement; Hybrid working models availableLocations: Cambian Merida- NewmarketThe Cambian Group, the UKs largest provider of specialist services in education, mental health rehabilitationandlearning disabilities, is looking for a dedicated, caring individual to join the company as a Senior Nurse.The Senior Nurse will form an integral part of the Clinical Team for the Newmarket Specialist Mental Health Service working in close collaboration with the Registered Managers, education and care staff team. This will include strategic contribution to theservice development and growth, supervision of other clinical staff, involvement in staff training and supporting operational staff teams to deliver good physical health practice for the care of the young people.To be responsible and have clinical oversight of the physical health needs and wellbeing of young people, in addition to ensuring they achieve key outcomes as set out in their health plans, through close working with operational care staff teams, education,multi-disciplinary team members and external professionals.
