My Client is a highly successful Global Manufacturer based in Newmarket -The Quality Assurance Analyst position is responsible for: Working collaboratively with a range of key stakeholders, both within the local team of departments, production and quality at the manufacturing site, distributors, end users and theglobal and project teams. The effectiveness and continual improvement of the Quality Management System, including but not limited to:o Undertake internal audits as per the Internal Audit Plan.o Identify, implement and maintain new and current processes to coincide with the business strategy (work in collaboration with process owners).o The day to day running of the management systems o Coordinate the continual improvement and effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Registration, administrative functions and analysis of any trends associated with the customer feedback management system for product complaints for the UK/EMEA regions, with back up for the APAC region; Conducting tasks in accordance with the applicable international standard and internal processes, the Quality Assurance Analyst provides operational support, and input and output information to the Senior Manager QA EMEA-APACRESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education Suitable educational level to undertake quality and customer focused activities. Ability to work to a high level in written and F2F tasks, with report writing abilities to degree level Combination of relevant degree or diploma, with >3-years of Quality/QSHE experience.Job ExperienceMinimum three years of experience in an ISO/FDA regulated environment (PPE or pharmaceutical). Minimum three years of experience working with a Management System.Extensive Internal Auditing experience. Demonstrable External Auditing experience (ISO, FDA or Customer for example) desirable. Knowledge and SkillsAdvanced knowledge and skills in using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, ERPs.Experiencewith Smartsheet beneficial. Experience with Trackwise Digital beneficialKnowledge of Quality Assurance theory and practice Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Highly detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skillsHighly collaborative and able to give/receive critical feedback.Abilityto critically analyze and make independent decisions and recommendations.Strong customer focus orientation both internally and external stakeholders Personal Attributes:Fluent in English both written and verbal, and a second language (preferable Frenchor German)Apply now if you you would like to progress
