Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Payroll Manager to join this well established and successful business in Newmarket.As the Payroll Manager, you will have experience in a similar role and ready to take on your next challenge. If you are a good communicator with a high level of attention to detail, coupled with strong payroll skills wed love to hear from you.As the Payroll Manager you will be:

  • Raising and monitoring of monthly and quarterly billing
  • Dealing with HMRC queries
  • Directly emailing and communicating with clients
  • Checking tax codes on a daily basis on the HMRC portal
  • Processing of payrolls
  • Setting up payroll payments with the company bookkeeper
As the Payroll Manager you will have:
  • Prior Bookkeeping experience and qualifications (AAT) would be advantageous
  • Experience of Brightpay
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • A good team player
