Job Description

Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical)£40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime + Company Bonus + Private Medical + 5% PensionNewmarketAre you a Maintenance Engineer from a manufacturing or industrial background looking for a long-term, days-based, and Monday to Friday role for a long-standing company offering a variety of work and a great remuneration packageOn offer is a Monday to Friday role where you will become a fundamental part of a tight-knit maintenance team, working for a large, family-run business.In this role you will be performing planned and reactive maintenance to a range of machinery on site such as plasma cutters, saws, overhead cranes, shot blasters and vacuums. You will also be assisting with maintenance of the facilities, and there will be ongoingtraining to get you up to speed. Once fully trained you will be a vital part of a tight-knit engineering team.This family-run company are a leading supplier of their industrial products, with a turnover of more than £100 million. They are highly regarded for their consistent sales and growth and are proud to have increased their turnover year on year for well overa decade.This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer that has experience working on industrial or manufacturing machinery looking for a stable, days-based role.The Role:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance on machinery and facilities
  • Working on shot blasters, vacuums, cranes, plasma cutters and saws
  • Mechanical or electrical training can be given
  • Monday to Thursday, 9pm - 7:30am, 40 hours a week

  • Maintenance Engineer

  • Engineering qualification: City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC, HND etc
