We do this by transforming how school data is maintained, managed and accessed by third-party applications (apps) via our simple API platform.We are trusted by over 25,000 schools globally in the security and reliability of their technology and data.Were committed to changing the lives of students, teachers and parents and want the help of talented individuals who will support our journey in driving better outcomes for the education sector.Job snapshot:As our IT Support Engineer, youll look after your colleagues across desktop support, hardware & software installation and networking monitoring.Youll be someone who is happy to get involved in all areas of support and enjoys a variety of tasks with no two days being the same.This is our first hire within the internal support space with a large opportunity to develop processes and create impact. What youll be doing:

• Act as first point of contact for any internal IT support queries
• Install and configure new starters and current team members IT equipment
• Support colleagues with any troubleshooting queries
• Perform regular checks on IT equipment to ensure efficiencies
• Assisting with any needed software/hardware upgrades
• Support with the development of current network security processes
• Support in the development of current support processes & systems looking to improve how things get done
• Occasional out of hours working

RequirementsWhat were hoping youll bring:

• Previous experience in an IT Support role
• Natural in identifying and approaching new ideas
• Ability to prioritise workflow and ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to use systems and software to improve efficiencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills paired with an innovative mindset
• The ability to coach and influence to support new ways of working
• Self-starter attitude, taking ownership and driving forward the work from concept to delivery
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and to interact efficiently with others
