Job Description

We are recruiting for an all-around ambitious HR Manager who can bring their expertise to manage all areas of HR at this well-established Newmarket-based company. As part of the operational team, you will ensure the right balance of staff and skills, trainingand development and policies are effectively managed, in addition to all personnel matters to achieve company goals.This is an exciting role where you will have the opportunity to take the HR department and make your own, reporting directly to the CEO you will be responsible for advising and developing in associated areas. In addition to your salary, you will benefit from employee discounts, life insurance, free on-site parking, profit share and a bonus scheme.As the HR Manager, you will be:

  • Developing policies and procedures
  • Managing personnel processes and performance
  • Recruiting and onboarding
  • Keeping up to date with legal requirements and regulations
  • Providing advice, support and guidance to managers and employees
  • Working closely with the HR co-ordinator and department heads
As the HR Manager, you will have:
  • CIPD Level 5 or above qualification
  • System knowledge
  • excellent communication skills
  • A confident, outgoing, and approachable personality
  • The ability to manage a range of potential situations
